Introduction

Our return and refund window is active for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your order, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a complete refund or an exchange.

To qualify for a return, your shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same state you received it. It must also remain inside its original packaging.

Some items are not eligible for returns. Perishable goods like food, plants, newspapers, or magazines are non-returnable. We also do not accept hygiene-related items, hazardous materials, or flammable products.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Select personal care goods

To complete a return, we require a receipt or a proof of purchase.

Please do not ship returns back to the original manufacturer.

Certain cases may only qualify for partial refunds:

  • Books showing obvious signs of wear
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to causes unrelated to our error
  • Any product returned after more than 30 days from delivery date

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund yet, please double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card provider; posting a refund may take some time.

Next, speak with your bank. Processing delays are common before refunds officially appear.

Sale items

Only regular-priced shirts may be refunded. Sale items are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at [email address] and send your item to: [physical address].

Gifts

If the shirt was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the amount of your return. After we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift voucher to you.

If the gift wasn’t indicated during purchase, or if the gift giver received it first, we will send the refund directly to the gift giver and notify them.

Shipping for Returns

TTo return your item, please send it to our listed address.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

If you’re returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
